Victim of an Investment or Financial Scam?

The European Fraud Protection Group (EFPG) provides structured advisory support to individuals who have suffered financial losses through fraudulent investment platforms, unauthorised brokers, and cross-border financial crime. Our procedures are designed to assist affected parties in understanding their options for regulatory complaints, bank recall procedures, and chargeback mechanisms across multiple European jurisdictions.

About the European Fraud Protection Group

The European Fraud Protection Group (EFPG) is a private advisory organisation established to provide structured support to individuals affected by investment fraud, unauthorised trading platforms, and financial misconduct. Our advisory team works with affected parties to evaluate individual cases, identify applicable regulatory and banking procedures, and prepare the documentation required for formal complaints and fund recovery requests.

EFPG maintains operational awareness of regulatory frameworks across the European Economic Area (EEA), including the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), the Payment Services Directive (PSD2), and relevant provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD). This knowledge base enables us to advise affected individuals on the procedural options available within their specific jurisdiction and financial context.

Important Notice

Types of Cases We Handle

EFPG provides advisory support across the following categories of financial fraud and misconduct. Case acceptance is subject to preliminary assessment.

How It Works

The following outlines the standard procedural framework applied by EFPG to incoming cases. Each case is assessed individually, and the specific approach may vary based on jurisdictional requirements and case characteristics.

01

Case Submission

The affected individual submits their case details through the secure intake form on this website. The submission should include relevant transaction records, correspondence with the platform, and any identifying information about the entity involved. All submissions are processed in confidence.

02

Preliminary Assessment

The EFPG advisory team conducts a preliminary assessment of the submitted case to evaluate the available evidence, identify the relevant jurisdictions, and determine the applicable regulatory and banking procedures. The affected individual is informed of the assessment outcome and the recommended course of action.

03

Documentation & Filing Strategy

Based on the preliminary assessment, EFPG prepares the necessary documentation, including regulatory complaints, bank recall requests, chargeback applications, and supporting evidence packages. All documentation is structured in accordance with the procedural requirements of the relevant institutions.

04

Ongoing Case Monitoring

EFPG monitors the progress of filed complaints and recovery requests, providing the affected individual with regular status updates. Where responses from financial institutions or regulatory authorities require additional action, EFPG assists in the preparation of supplementary submissions.

Submit a Case for Review

Complete the form below to submit your case for preliminary assessment. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Information submitted through this form is processed in confidence and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

EFPG will never request access to your bank account, private keys, wallet credentials, or remote access to your computer. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent EFPG and requesting such access, do not comply and report the incident immediately.

Important Notice: Secondary Recovery Scams

Individuals who have been victims of financial fraud are frequently targeted by secondary recovery scams. These schemes involve entities that contact fraud victims — often claiming to be recovery agents, lawyers, or government officials — and request upfront fees or access to financial accounts under the pretence of recovering lost funds.

EFPG operates with full transparency regarding its advisory procedures and fee structures. We do not request advance payments for case assessment, and we do not require access to clients’ banking credentials, cryptocurrency wallets, or personal financial accounts. Any entity contacting you with such requests is not acting on behalf of EFPG.
